I just read another devForum Post and he was trying to figure out a cure system. He mentioned that sprays break ToS - is this true? My game contains a healing feature where you spray injured players, will this cause me problems?

I don’t see how sprays would break ToS? The only thing I have heard about is needles being an issue. Though with sprays I would avoid them being colored yellow due to immature reasons.
I don’t see why a spray would ever be against ToS. While there has been major pushback on needles, I have never seen anything on sprays.
I would suggest to go ahead and follow through with that plan.

It is just a blue-ish spray that uses Particle Emitters as an effect to show the spray. The spray heals health.
This shouldn’t break ToS because it’s just the same as using potions, which are used in various other games.
I don’t think they are, as an old game called ROBLOX Plague uses this feature to “un-infect” other players.
