Island Trials 
This game has been my personal project for the past few months and I wanted to give some updates

GAME PREMISE 
This game is inspired by many popular games such as Minecraft, 99 Nights in the Forest, Terraria, The Forest, and many others!
In this game, you arrive on an island but realize you’re stuck (overdone but if you have suggestions, I’m happy to take them) and must colonize and escape ![]()
PROCEDURAL GENERATION 
Every world you play will be unique since we use procedural generation. This system has gone through many versions and I’m still perfecting it. It is not very performant or speedy but I’ve tried my best. I looked into 3D map generation but it was a bit too complicated for me at the time and not optimized for Roblox.
CRAFTING SYSTEM 
The crafting system is pretty basic, no real depth. You use generic resources to craft either Furniture & Utilities or Tools ![]()
In a future update (hopefully soon after release) I want to overhaul the crafting and make it a bit more involved. Similar to Terraria’s crafting where not everything is all in one station. There’d be a furnace, anvil, sawmill, loom, and whatever else I see fit.
FUTURE UPDATES..? 
While I haven’t planned too far after release, I did have some updates in mind and if you have any suggestions or thoughts, I’d love to hear them! ![]()
ㅤ- Aquatic Expansion
- fishing, ocean generation, sea animals, underwater nature (kelp, coral, etc.)
ㅤ- Taming Critters
- tame certain animals and have them protect or help you
DEVELOPMENT PROGRESS 
The game is about 60% done! I still have a few things in the Pale Forest, Grasslands, and Desert biome to complete and then the rest of the craftable stuff, progression, balance, and polish!! ![]()
