Hello there! My name is AlsoGold and I am the founder, co-founder, CEO, and investor of Dysteria Studios. (That was a joke, lol. I am really just the founder and terrain designer.)
We are a team of 10, and we are looking for a lead programmer! The job of the lead programmer will be to create most of the code used in the game. You will be assisted by our other programmers. You are the wheels on the train! We need you!
Details of the job:
You will be tasked with scripting various things. This includes but is not limited to, combat system, inventory, cut scenes, quests, NPCs, weapons, loot drops, etc. The game is an RPG based in a fantasy world. It is similar to Skyrim. There is also a roleplaying aspect, such as purchasing homes and working small jobs like a blacksmith, chef, shop owner, etc. It is ambitious, but who ever said it wasn’t possible?
Payment:
You will be earning a percentage. Likely the largest of the group. I may also compensate you in USD after the project is complete.
To apply:
-Must be 13 years or older. (Exceptions may be made, but rare.)
-A very good understanding of Lua and ROBLOX API.
-The ability to not only work as a team, but lead a team.
-Be able to be active at least 10 hours per week.
-Have discord. (Again, exceptions may be made.)
-At least 1 year of coding experience in ROBLOX.
