Issue Joining Roblox Servers

I’ve had this issue for the past year or so and it has started to become very annoying. When I go to the servers tab on any Roblox game on the mobile app and attempt to join a game, it dosent work - shown in the video below.

Here is my device info if it will help you in any way. Sony Xperia XQ-ES54 running android 15.

Expected behavior

For me to join servers that I pick to be in.
