Issue: Regional Pricing Only Appears on Alternate Account"

This might just be me who either didn’t read all the posts about regional pricing or maybe it’s not a big issue for others, but this seemed really strange to me. Regional pricing doesn’t show up on my main account, but it works fine on my alt account. Both accounts are on the same device and internet, but only the alt sees the lower regional price while the main sees the full Robux price. I don’t know if this is a bug or something with my account, but it feels off and worth pointing out.

We emailed Roblox support hoping for a solution or at least an explanation, but all we received was a generic response saying they couldn’t help us with this issue. No real fix or reason was provided. It’s frustrating to see such an important feature work inconsistently across accounts, and it really feels like something that needs proper attention unless it is just me who clearly missed the other forum posts.

If there’s any way to fix this, please let me know. And apologies if a post about this topic or something similar already exists, I probably missed it.

maybe the main accounts locations were just inconsistent (vpns, vacations, whatever), compared to the inactive (im assuming here you don’t use the accounts much) alt accounts, leading back to the global price.

Yes, I’m aware of that, but I’ve never used a VPN or accessed Roblox while on vacation. I mentioned the same in my message to Roblox Support. Interestingly, the other account (shown in the second image) didn’t have regional pricing 9 days ago, but now it does after I emailed Roblox

im on mexico right now, and i personally know that economy is :chart_with_downwards_trend:

and i still see it as 29k the bundle so yeah idk how to fix this ;/

I totally understand your frustration at least five of my friends are missing out on the 60% discount, while many others are not even getting their 60< discount. You’re also not getting the chance to receive even the 25% off.
