Issues with the Bounding Box while creating UGC accessories

Hello.

I’m currently having an issue regarding the Bounding Box while creating UGC accessories where its giving me an inaccurate bounding box size for the proportions I’m using and was wondering if anyone else is having this issue?

Expected behavior

I am trying to use ProportionsNormal on the RightShoulderAttachment. This should be giving me a bounding box of (2.67, 4.40, 3.09), however it is giving me the error saying that my bounding box is actually (3.0, 3.0, 3.0). This is abnormal, since I’ve never had any issues when I have consistently been using ProportionsNormal bounding boxes in the same exact spot on the arm for nearly a year now, yet suddenly it has broken?

This is also happening for accessories that I just uploaded two days ago that previously did not have this issue.

Studio Version 0.674.0.6740785 (64bit)

Nevermind, the issue seems to have been fixed after about a half hour and then restarting studio.

edit: nevermind i just had my positioning wrong on the attachment and accidentally uploaded it, im still having this issue

edit2: It seems that upgrading to the newest version of roblox studio has fixed my issue.

Is this bug report real? You’re getting an error that says 3.0 studs is the maximum for all three dimensions — that’s what it means.

You also shared the size, and two of the values are bigger than 3 (3.09 and 4.40 > 3), so that’s why it’s not working. You need to reduce the .09 on the Z axis, and bring the Y value down from 4.40 to 3 or less.
