Hello,
I am currently having issues transferring a Roblox game to a group. The group does not show up in the “Initiate Ownership Transfer” menu.
The group is currently owned by a “holder” account, which was recently ranked as owner, and this different account owns the game that is being transferred.
I couldn’t find anything on how to give this account publish permissions.
Any help is appreciated, thanks! 
I believe that you need to grant the permissions in the creator dashboard, with the new(ish) group role handler thing.
On the holder account, navigate to create.roblox.com, change the View As to the group, then go Collaboration → Roles. Make a new role and just give it all permissions. Then, give your main account this role.
