Recently, I noticed that the website chat has been having some problems (not sure if anyone else is having this issue). At one point, my friends weren’t listed in the correct order (based on the last person I responded to), and even though that’s been fixed, the icon indicating a message I haven’t seen won’t go away. I’ve tried opening every message, but it still hasn’t fixed it.
Hi, is the unread badge still an issue or has it resolved itself? Last Monday we made a change that should have addressed it.
Nothing has changed for me, and I still have the same problem
