It keeps spawning me on top of the thing i want to be spawned in

i hope this is in the right category but it keeps on spawnig me on top of a mesh when i put the spawnmoint IN the mesh, what do i do

That’s how Spawns work. It keeps you from being placed inside things.

Is your MeshPart hollow? Do you have the MeshPart CollisionFidelity set to PreciseConvexDecomposition?
Is it a small space that the player may end up clipping into and being placed on top of?

yes, no. idk why

i just made it so the roof is cancollide false

Try setting the MeshPart CollisionFidelity to Precise. Meshes don’t render the same physically as they do visually. Sometimes they get bevelled inside corners so it’ll be shaped more like it is visually.
If you try to spawn into a small area I think the programming checks for a certain height of ceiling. If the height isn’t enough your avatar gets spawned on top.
The other thing you could try is putting your Spawn a few studs below the floor to see if that helps.
