I've had this bug with Lightning for about 2 months now and the moderators haven't fixed it

The error is that the lighting is set to “Realistic,” but it automatically adjusts to “Soft,” and no change is noticeable when changing it to “Realistic.”

The lighting is not working correctly with the realism activated.

This is my first time posting something on the forum, but when I set it to Realistic lighting, it looks like it’s on soft but with level 21 of graphics. I researched on the forum and some discovered a solution, which was to set it to Vulkan in Roblox Studio, but the problem is that my laptop is not compatible with Vulkan, which means I had to rule out that solution and had no other option but to post this error on the forum. You should not create a new bug report when your old one is still open. Bug reports can take several months or years to complete depending on prioritization, two months isn’t that long to wait. If you have new information, that can be attached as a reply to the original bug report.
