Code of Conduct
This is our General Code of Conduct that we expect everyone in our Java facilities to follow.
Respect:
Everyone in our Java facilities is required to respect fellow peers, we do not take respect lightly, you are expected to respect authority. Failure to show respect to any member at Java will result in consequences.
Nothing Inappropriate:
Inappropriate content of any kind is strictly prohibited from Java. This includes NSFW content and touchy subjects like self harm, violence, etc. Be mindful of others!
Spamming:
Spamming is when you take a word or sentence and repeat it multiple times to where it floods the chat, doing this is prohibited from Java. Spamming will result in a ban from the server, mass spam is a perm ban.
Excessive Capitals:
Using excessive capitals is prohibited, we see it as a disturbance and could be to others. So we ask that you keep your capitals to a minimum, however we are lighter on capitals.
Bypassing:
Bypassing is strictly prohibited from our Java games, this is when you take letters and symbols and put it in a bad word/statement to pass by the ROBLOX censor system. In our Dis server however, we do allow swearing to a minimum, just do not use harsh words like f or such.
Disruptive Behavior:
Disruptive behavior of any kind such as trolling, bothering others, arguing, standing on tables and causing a scene, excessive capitals, etc. We would like to keep our cafe and nice, friendly, fun, and calm environment.
Advertising:
Advertising other corporations in any of our Java communications is prohibited.
Alliance Information
If you would like to start an alliance with us, you need to pass a few of our requirements. We do make exceptions at times, but not for everyone. Once you’ve confirmed your group passes all our requirements, you can fill out our alliance application linked below.

Requirements
Note that requirements may change as the group develops, and you should be notified of such change, but keep yourself updated for any requirement changes, failing to keep up with requirements will unfortunately end up leading to a terminated alliance.
Must have 200 non-botted members in your ROBLOX group.
Must have 80 active discord members.
Must be reliable to post announcements, this being applications and events.
Your group must have a good reputation.
Your staff team must behave appropriately and professionally when in both of group places and Discord server.
2-3 representatives must join both the ROBLOX group and Discord server.
Ban Appeals
If you’ve gotten permanently banned from either our Discord server or one of our group games and you feel that it was false, you may fill out our ban appeal form here. There is no guarantee that you will be unbanned.

FAQ
How do I work here?
Firstly, you must join the Java® ROBLOX group. Upon joining, you may join the ‘Quiz Center’ located in the ‘Experiences’ tab to become a Trainee! Once you become a Trainee, you may head to the Training Center at a scheduled session time to be promoted to Junior Barista!
How many items can I order?
You may only order up to IV (4) items in one order. If you would really like more than 4 items, once ordering from the first Barista, you may order from another one!
How many warnings do trollers get?
Trollers and others similar get only one warning/reminder to stop their actions. If they persist, you may get an in-game MR or contact an MR+ on the Discord server if none are in-game.
Is grammar required?
LRs are not required to use grammar, but your sentences must be understandable. Grammar is recommended to LRs to use as it can aid in promotions. MR+ are however required to use grammar.
When is the next session?
You can find all of our session times listed above in this forum, or, you can find our session times located in the description of the Training Center. It is recommended to join 15-20 minutes early to get a spot!
How can I become Staff Intern?
In order to become Staff Intern first you must meet a few requirements. This being, you must be Head Barista, and you have to be active, show us your dedication towards Java! If you’re a HB, you can become SI by either taking the SI applications when they come out (every 1st), or you can work hard and wait to be recommended, and promoted!
