What is… Jersik?
Jersik is a fictional town roleplay game partially inspired by the Malaysian state of Negeri Sembilan, offering a refreshing and unique atmosphere that is relaxing and slow-paced, compared to the hectic nature of the capital city Kuala Lumpur.
It borrows elements from traditional, colonial and modern architecture to create an experience that can be called authentically Malaysian.
Sounds cool, what will it have?
We’re currently making things as we go, so the plans below aren’t concrete. But we assure you that we’ll be working hard to try and get all of the features we mentioned into the final release!
- Leisure activities
- Public transport (Bus services)
- Emergency services (Police, fire, medical, etc)
- User-customisable residences
- Public jobs (cafe worker)
Exciting! When is it playable?
Jersik is scheduled to be released to the public in Q4 2019, which is anywhere between October 1 to December 31. Beta and testing versions will be available before then to selected groups of players.
We’ll share updates here, but for the latest news, it’s highly recommended to check out our developers’ Twitter feed!
