This occasionally happens to players. According to reports, even if they are logged in, the game forces them to join as a Guest. I have no reproduction. I’m just passing this along hoping someone has more info.

It’s an issue with Internet Explorer security it messes up a bunch of features on roblox, usually happens to people using older version of IE cause back then IE had crazy security “features”

Last time I asked Khanovich about this on IRC he said that they would try to fix it or something along those lines, but looks like that never happened.
This (and VIP servers) is what has been dragging down gameplay in my games that use universes.
Ever since we turned on Universes for Apoc, this problem has become very apparent. A lot of players report the solution stated above does not work. Is there nothing Roblox can do about this?
I’m using Firefox and this is happening to me. If I join the game from IE I can get in just fine, but that’s not something I want to have to do. I’m not sure if this helps, but I figured I should throw it out there anyway.

This is still an issue. Keeps happening in my game.
Had the same issue
