Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct outlines a comprehensive set of rules that apply to all individuals within Juzies’ community, including both customers and staff. It governs how members are expected to conduct themselves, interact with others, and represent the group across all Juzies experiences. Compliance with these guidelines is essential; failure to adhere may result in disciplinary action.
Our code of conduct provides two sections:
- General – Applies to all members of the community.
- Staff – Applies specifically to staff members ranked Junior Juicer and above (LR+).
Please note that enforcement of these rules is at the sole discretion of our SR, HR, and MR team, and their decisions are final. If you believe a disciplinary action, such as a ban, was issued in error, you may contact a High Rank (Executive Assistant or above).
General Code of Conduct
Severity 1
Trolling
Engaging in trolling or intentionally disrupting the flow of Juzies operations is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a warning, followed by a kick and a server ban for any continuation. This goes for both verbal and non verbal trolling.
Spamming
Spamming in any form, whether in-game or on the group wall is not allowed. This will lead to a warning, followed by a kick and a server ban for any continuation.
Disrespect
Disrespecting others, whether through offensive remarks, intentionally harmful behavior, or arrogance will not be tolerated. Such actions will result in a warning and may lead to a kick from the server, followed by a server ban for any continuation.
Inappropriate Behavior and Inappropriate Avatars
Discussing any topics that are inappropriate to be stated within Roblox is strictly prohibited. This also goes for inappropriate attire that you may choose to wear. The following are examples of unacceptable attire (but not limited to):
- Offensive or controversial designs such as homophobic messages or references to sensitive topics/events.
- Clothing containing racist, sexist or ableist language or symbols.
- Invisible clothing with realistic skin tones.
- Clothing that bypasses Roblox’s moderation.
If your attire is deemed inappropriate by an MR+, you will have one minute to change. Failure or refusal to comply will result in a kick, followed by a server ban if not completed. Final judgment on clothing appropriateness lies with our MRs+.
Severity 2
Advertising Illegal / Malicious Content
Attempting to bypass Roblox’s moderation systems, whether through filtered language, or other methods is strictly prohibited. Any form of bypassing will result in an immediate ban from the server.
Bypassing
Bypassing Roblox’s moderation is strictly prohibited. This goes for any sort of bypassing, and will lead to an immediate ban from the server.
Detailed Threats
Making detailed threats, including those involving the disclosure of personal information or any form of targeted threats, will result in a ban from the server.
Sensitive Topics
Engaging in discussions that involve sensitive, controversial, or graphic topics is not appropriate within our community. A first offense will result in a warning. Continued behavior will lead to a ban from the server.
Ban Evading
Rejoining on an alternate account to avoid an existing ban is strictly forbidden. If you are caught ban evading, the alternate account will be banned. If your original ban was permanent, the alternate account will also be permanently banned.
Severity 3
Exploiting
Exploiting or attempting to exploit within any of Juzies’ games is strictly forbidden. Any evidence of exploiting observed by an MR+ will lead to a permanent ban from all of Juzies’ facilities.
Hate Speech
Hate speech of any kind; including slurs, discriminatory remarks, racism, sexism, homophobia, or similar behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban. This includes both verbal communication and non-verbal forms such as clothing or accessories promoting hate.
Leaking Personal Information
Sharing or leaking any individual’s personal information, regardless of whether consent was given, is strictly forbidden. This offense will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the game.
Inappropriate Usernames
Usernames that contain inappropriate content or bypass Roblox’s moderation filters will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the game.
Staff Code of Conduct
As a staff member of Juzies, you are expected to adhere to all of the general rules outlined above, in addition to the Staff Code of Conduct detailed below. Your role holds a higher standard of responsibility, and compliance with both sets of guidelines is mandatory.
LR Behavior
LRs are expected to act respectfully and professionally at all times within Juzies facilities. Socializing with peers, staff, and customers is permitted, but inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. This includes:
- Disrespect towards others
- Vulgar jokes or language
- Trolling
- Ignoring customers while behind the counter
- Being unprofessional
Any behavior that breaches the Juzies Code of Conduct or Roblox Terms of Service may result in disciplinary action, including a demotion, or a permanent ban depending on severity and rank. You are fully responsible for all actions performed on your account, regardless of who was using it. Excuses such as “It wasn’t me” or “My sibling was on my account” will not be accepted.
Grammar
Grammar is not required for staff, but your messages must be clear and understandable. Customers and other staff must be able to interpret your responses easily. Repeatedly sending incoherent or unreadable messages may result in demotion.
Point Cheating
Engaging in point farming or exploiting the point system such as handing out items without request or giving customers more than the permitted amount is strictly prohibited. Staff members must only serve items that have been explicitly requested and must adhere to the three-item limit per customer. Violations may result in a demotion or further disciplinary action.
Mod Call Feature
The mod call feature is a staff privilege intended for situations where assistance from a Middle Rank (MR)+ is required, and no such staff are present in the server. This feature is to be used only when necessary. Abuse or misuse will result in removal of access to the mod call function, and may lead to a demotion depending on the severity of the situation.

Below is a list of our scheduled training session times, automatically adjusted to your local time zone for your convenience. When planning to attend a session, please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes early. The listed times indicate when the training center will be locked, and no additional participants will be allowed in after this point. Arriving early increases your chances of being admitted. While waiting at the training center, please remain seated and attentive until further instructions are given.

Staff Information
Interested in becoming a low rank? Fantastic! To begin your journey, please complete the application available once you join the group in-game. Upon passing the application, you will be assigned the rank of Trainee and will be required to attend a scheduled training session. After successful completion, you will advance to Junior Juicer and progress through the ranks up to Kitchen Leader by earning points.
What are points?
Points are earned by staff members when serving customers/NPCs, or cleaning spills. Additionally, points can be purchased in our shop or by acquiring the x2 Points gamepass.
How do I get promoted?
Promotions are primarily based on accumulating points. You can track your current points and see the requirements for your next promotion in the top-left corner of your screen. The promotion milestones are as follows:
- Junior Juicer → Intermediate Juicer: 150 points
- Intermediate Juicer → Experienced Juicer: 350 points
- Experienced Juicer → Skilled Juicer: 500 points
- Skilled Juicer → Kitchen Leader: Promotion is awarded by a Middle Rank team member’s discretion. Kitchen Leader is not a Pre-MR rank and is open to all staff after becoming a Skilled Juicer.
Affiliate Information
Interested in becoming an affiliate with Juzies? Then please ensure you review our following information crucially in order to apply for an affiliation with us. If you do not meet the current criteria listed below we will automatically decline your application to become an affiliate with Juzies.
Requirements & Eligibility Standards
- Your group must have 5,000+ group members that are not botted.
- You must have a discord server that contains at least 500 discord members that are not botted.
- Your group must be active either including an active game or something on the lines of that, and you must have a somewhat active discord server.
- Your group must be a business corporation of some sort, we do not accept military groups or groups that do not have professional values.
- Your group must NOT sell ranks that are HR/MR ranks. Low ranks may be sold however, ranks that are sold that are eligible to alternate the group will lead to a denial in your application.
- You must follow the code of conduct supplied by Juzies as well as Roblox & Discord’s Terms of Service.
- You must have a proper team of Public Relations staff that are sincere and eligible to manage the alliance efficiently, alongside a fully function High Rank team.
- Your group should have no negative history within the platform or industry.
Alliance Expectations
- Your group must send 2 representatives that are eligible to join our discord server upon approval.
- You must be willing to announce our community events upon request.
- Your group must host events with us frequently to keep the alliance active.
- Your group must be willing to announce important announcements for us.
- You must keep a stable and healthy relationship with our Relations Department, ensuring you communicate effectively.

Affiliate Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: How long does it take for our application to be reviewed?
A: It can take between 2-5 days. - Q: Our alliance was terminated. Are we able to ally again?
A: If your alliance was terminated, you are able to appeal in 3 months. Additionally, if you have any further questions or concerns about a terminated alliance, please contact a member from our Relations Department. - Q: What if we are in the middle of a revamp/short hiatus?
A: If you are in the middle of a revamp, you are still able to apply if you meet the requirements. Although, if you are on hiatus, you are unable to and your application will be automatically declined. - Q: Our group is close to meeting your requirements. Do you make exceptions?
A: Exceptions can be made. If so, please contact a member of our Relations Department prior to filling out the application. Otherwise, your application will automatically be declined.
Again, thank you for taking interest in affiliating with Juzies. Once you have successfully completed the application, please submit it within a google document form and send it to any Relations Department member. Please note that it can take up to 2-5 days for Juzies to decide on if we will be accepting your affiliate application or not. We will do a thorough background check of your group and observe it while we make a decision. Should you have any questions and/or concerns, please feel free to message a member of the Relations Department.
Appeals Information
If you have been banned, Juzies has 4 different types of appeals that you are eligible to appeal for. The following include:
- In-Game Pban
- Discord Ban
- Staff Demotion / Termination
- Staff Blacklist
In order to appeal for one of the above options, please review their information below.
In-Game Pbans
In-Game Pbans are permanent bans that prevent you from accessing the Juice Bar unless your appeal is accepted. You must wait at least 14 days from the date of your ban before you are eligible to submit an appeal. To appeal this type of ban, you must be a member of our Appeals Server, which is linked through the Google Form provided at the bottom of the appeals information section.
Discord Ban
Discord Bans are permanent bans from our communications server. If you are banned from our Discord, you will not be able to communicate with others or participate in server activities until your appeal is approved. Similar to in-game bans, a 14-day waiting period is required before submitting an appeal. Appeals must be submitted through our Appeals Server, which can be accessed via the Google Form link provided at the bottom of the appeals section.
Staff Demotion / Termination
If you have been demoted or terminated from your staff position and believe the action was unjust, you may submit an appeal to request rank reinstatement. There is no waiting period for this type of appeal and you may appeal immediately following the demotion or termination. All appeals must be submitted through our Appeals Server, linked in the Google Form at the bottom of this section.
Staff Blacklist
Staff blacklists come in two forms: LR Blacklist and MR Blacklist. An LR Blacklist means you are restricted from joining the training center and becoming a Low Rank within Juzies. An MR Blacklist prevents you from being promoted to Staff Assistant. To appeal a blacklist, you must wait at least 30 days before submitting a request. Like all other appeal types, these must also be submitted through our Appeals Server, accessible via the Google Form link at the end of this section.
If you wish to appeal any of the above disciplinary actions, please refer to the Google Form and join our Appeals Communications Server using the link provided in the form description. Please note that appeals can only be submitted through this server. If you do not have access to the required platform, unfortunately, we are unable to process your appeal.
Kitchen Leader Promotion Guide
To be eligible for promotion to Staff Assistant, you must first hold the rank of Kitchen Leader and meet the following key requirements:
- Demonstrate proficiency in correct grammar and punctuation
- Be at least 13 years of age and have Safechat disabled
- You must be within our communications server
- Maintain consistent activity within the Juice Bar
- Must not have a bad reputation within Juzies and have little to no prior moderation history
Kitchen Leader Expectations
Please note that we have specified expectations that we provide you to understand what we require of you if you wish to become a candidate of an MR position.
Performance Standards
To be considered for the Staff Assistant position, you must perform your duties as a Kitchen Leader to the best of your abilities as follow:
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal communication skills and correctly follow all procedures.
- Prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
- Willingness to assist your coworkers positively.
Grammar Standards
While grammar usage is not strictly required for Kitchen Leaders during regular duties, those aspiring to become Staff Assistants must consistently demonstrate proper grammar and punctuation when on shift. This reflects professionalism, maturity, and attentiveness when interacting with customers and colleagues. Safechat will be checked to ensure you can communicate effectively, as it severely restricts messaging and would hinder your ability to fulfill Staff Assistant responsibilities. Participation in our Discord server is mandatory for MR team members since it is our primary communication platform.
Activity Requirements
Consistent activity is crucial. You should aim to be present daily rather than sporadically (e.g., short daily sessions of 30 minutes - 1 hour are preferred over long sessions every few days). Lack of regular activity will reduce your visibility and chances of recommendation.
Hinting
Hinting such as requesting promotions, complaining about others’ advancement, or reminding staff of your time served is prohibited and will negatively impact your chances of promotion. Please refrain from hinting both in-game and on our communications server.
