KARLº is a clothing group (currently being revamped)! We have designers and hiring more. However, we are in need of staff.
About The Job
Supervisor (0/2)
You will monitor all staff (including designers) and make sure they are completing the work necessary and doing their job. If they are not doing their job, you will report it to me and it will be taken from there. Not only will you monitor, but you will also be there as an educator and coach.
Head Of Management (0/1)
You will set objectives for all staff, keep track of organisation, and allocate responsibilities. You will also ensure interaction, building relationships, and analyzing final products/ results.
Service Specialist (0/3)
You will consult with customers and members. Providing information, taking requests, answering questions and handling complaints.
Manager (0/1)
You will plan, promote and post schedules for each staff section. You are also in charge of business, hiring, coordinate employees/ staff, make sure budgets are being met, and report to me.
Advisor (0/1)
You will construct (financial) plans so that we achieve the goals and budgets of both the customers/ members and the group. This includes investment, managing savings, budgeting, and managing Roblox tax.
Promoter (0/4)
You will rank members, exile and delete spam messages, and promote our group (whether this be through ads, Group Recruiting Plaza, etc.).
Payment
You will get perks when the opportunity comes around. You will get a special role in the group and the server, along with a percentage of earnings.
It will vary depending on your experience and activity.
