Staff Rules and Regulations

These are regulations which apply to all our LRs, but should also be followed by our MRs and HRs, and our job-seeking customers. Please take some time to read them, as if you do not follow them it could result in consequences.

Respect

If you are working here at KD, you are supposed to be respectful to your co-workers and the hotel guests. It does not matter whether you are a high rank or a low rank. You are to treat others how you want to be treated. We do not tolerate rude and disrespectful people who disturb the community.

Grammar

Our staff are all required to have excellent grammar skills to give a good impression to guests. In a situation where a Trainee or higher did not comply to use grammar, it could lead to a warning or demotion.

Maturity

We expect everyone to be responsible for their actions and act professional. Immaturity sets a bad example and can ruin someone’s first impression of the group. Being mature is a priority if you are a worker, even in the hardest of situations. Consequences will be given to any worker who acts immaturely at any of our facilities.

Consequences will be given to those who fail to comply to these standards, whether it be a demotion or a warning.

Staff Rules

The following rules must be used at all times for staff members at any KD Resort & Hotel game.

  1. Follow all general rules - You are a member of our staff, but still need to follow the general rules everyone else has to.
  2. Do not share any explicit or inappropriate content - This is not allowed as you may be sharing content that can be viewed by other people who are not at the age.
  3. Use grammar at all times - If you are a worker for KD Resort & Hotels, you MUST use grammar in game.
  4. Do YOUR job - If you are a worker for KD Hotels, you MUST do your job and not someone else’s.
  5. Don’t be bossy - Maintain a friendly relationship with other employees.
  6. Don’t admin abuse - Abusing admin will result in a demotion.

Promotions
For those wondering how you can rank up, check “Rank Information” which will give you information on the different ranks and how to obtain them.

Demotions
Lack of grammar, admin abuse, and trolling are instant demotions. Users who are demoted can restart and work for their rank. This only applies to users who are not permanently fired.

Suspensions
If you’re caught breaking any part of the guidelines, you will be suspended for 3 days. During your suspension, you’ll be demoted to the [X] | Suspended. Users who leave the group and rejoin to obtain their rank before their suspension is completed, will be permanently fired and blacklisted from all KD Resort & Hotels games.
