Every time I restart Studio (often when making plugins) my plugins in the RibbonBar are in a different order. Sometimes the new plugin I’m working on is on the right, other times on the left (it seems to choose the same two spots, though, so perhaps there is some logic in this reordering).
The same thing happens with the manage plugins screen. When creating a plugin I go there often to update it, and I have to search for it in the list every time. This list should be ordered by install date.
This lack of consistency slows me down a lot. If I have to search for a plugin every time I use it, it interrupts the work flow.
This is quite annoying. It was the most annoying when I used to test plugins I was developing by uploading them, updating them, and then re-opening the place file. With hotswap this has become less of an issue, but nevertheless I don’t appreciate plugins unpredictably shifting around.
