Keeping multiple meshes together inside of a accessory

Hello, so i have this headband that consist of multiple meshes and i want to put it into an accessory. I just dont know how to keep all those different meshes together inside of the accessory when puting the accessory into the player.

weld all of the meshes together

When welding it changes the position of stuff, and then when i move it, the weld goes away
