Information
This handbook can only be used in training sessions by General Manager or higher and must be the host of the session.

How to Host

  • Shout at group wall.
  • [TRAININGS] are being hosted by (…) at (time)! Trainees, why not come down to the training centre for a job?
  • Log in discord. Thirty minutes at least before the actual time starts.
  • You should arrive before the session starts at least 10 minutes.
  • Once you’ve arrived. Choose the namer to help you throughout the session.
  • When the session begins. Do :slock.
  • And announcements/Rules. Like this below.
  • Overseers / HR needed at the session until you are an Approved HR by hosting four successful sessions, a shift is not counted.

:m Before we begin, please stay seated and avoid talking unnecessarily. Executive and higher may stand, Overseer may roam around. Others must sit.

:m Trainees will receive a box with grammar test at the left corner. Please click the box and answer the question inside that.

:m Staff members or re-trainers will not receive the message. Only trainees may receive it.

:m TRAINEES | Before the door open, please choose a small line depending on what rank you wish to train for.

:m Staff members | Please go onto the LONG line for staff members.

:m TRAINEES| Please line up in front of the door. Please do not cut or push; everyone is going in.

  • Open the door and close when trainees are inside and tell the namer to name trainees like this: Name | Rank
  • Example. Bat Boy | Receptionist Trainee, you can name them a part of their username or a custom nickname/name.
  • After the namer finishes, continue the rules

Job / Expectations:

At Kitten’s, we always expect all staff members to follow the rules and guidelines strictly, to remain professional.

As a Security, you are expected to protect the hotel from trollers, exploiters, and even spammers.

We don’t tolerate any trolling, spamming, Exploiting at our facilities, especially if you are staff!

Trolling as staff members will result in a demotion and a permanent ban from our facilities.

Tools:

You’ll receive handcuffs to handle trollers, exploiters, spammers.

Abusing your tools will result in a demotion and a permanent ban.

Examples of abusing, spinning.

Jumping.

Making them glitching through walls.

Trollers / Exploiters / Spammers:

Trollers will receive III warnings, after that you could cuff them and call Staff Assistant or higher.

Spammers and exploiters will receive no warnings, call General Manager+ if they are none in the server, please take a screenshot and report them.

Warning Format:

When warning someone, please use this format.

Warning I | (Name) | Reason

Or you can also use this format,

Warning I - (Name) - Reason.

Example: Warning I | Rude.

I would say if there is a big crowd, then I’d recommend you to put the name.

If you have safe chat, then it is okay to use “I” instead of numbers in warnings.

False/Trolling warnings will be given severe consequences.

If you have failed this session, please don’t feel discouraged as you can always try again!

Receptionist Trainer Guide

Job / Expectations:

At Kitten’s, we always expect all staff members to follow the rules and guidelines strictly, to remain professional.

As a Receptionist, you’re expected to work at the reception desk, if you would like to take a break, please ask permission from Staff Assistant+.

You can also clean rooms, and serve food, drinks if the reception desk is full.

You must not break in anyone’s room without their permission; doing this will result in a demotion.

We don’t tolerate any trolling, spamming, Exploiting at our facilities, especially if you are staff.

Trolling as staff members will result in a demotion and a permanent ban from our facilities.

Trollers / Exploiters / Spammers:

Trollers will receive III warnings, after that you could call Supervisor, but I’d recommend calling Board of Directors.

Spammers and exploiters will receive no warnings, call General Manager+ if they are none in the server, please take a screenshot and report them.

Remember to call our Security Members to cuff them.
