This post includes the staff handbook for Koisito.
TRAINING PROCEDURES
- Ranks 6-13 may be trained.
During a training session, you should train Low Ranks on how to do their job. You can always refer to the training guide if you are not sure what to do. You must follow all of our rules while training.
SHIFT PROCEDURES
Any HR+ staff member is allowed to host shifts. During shifts, LRs are encouraged to serve customers, while MRs+ moderate.
Shift announcements are to be put out in the #shift-notice channel using the format used by other shift notices.
Note that shifts can only be held if there are no other sessions being held.
WARNING SYSTEM
Players can get warnings if they don’t comply with our and/or Roblox’s rules. A few examples are:
- Advertising
- Caps abuse for trolling purposes.
- Causing arguments.
- Disrespect
To warn a player, use the following command:
name [INSERT USERNAME] [INSERT WARN AMOUNT] [INSERT REASON]
Players should automatically be kicked when they reach 3 or more warnings. If this isn’t the case, please use the following command:
kick [INSERT USERNAME] [INSERT REASON]
POINT SYSTEM
Higher ranks (Public Relations Officer) can decide whether your work is up to expectations and give you points, which can help you receive promotions.
You need 4-6 points to be eligible of receiving a promotion. If you have reached the required amount, please contact any HR+ to receive your promotion. Keep in mind that you can only receive promotions using the point system until you reach the Coordinator rank.
ADMIN ABUSE
Saying “cmds” shows you your available commands. Keep in mind that you are not allowed to use all of the commands that are shown. Our definition of abuse is when a player with administrative powers takes advantage of them.
Examples of ranking abuse:
Firing random members without reason.
Promoting/demoting random members without a reason.
Examples of admin abuse:
- ban/kick [USERNAME] without a valid reason
- sit [USERNAME]
- fly [USERNAME]
