Low Rank (LR)
Our LR Team is up to make sure our customers are satisfied with their dining experience here at Koura’s main game. Our LR team plays a very special role when it comes to keeping the group a better and more active community.

Junior Griller | Access to Tables and Booths.
Griller | Access to Tables, Booths and Grills.
Senior Griller | Access to Tables, Booths, Grills and Outdoor Seating.
Shift Leader | Same as Senior Griller, Eligible for MR.
Middle Rank (MR)
Our MR team is up to make sure everything is moving smoothly when it comes to supervising the main game. Our MR team may gain more and more permissions while progressing through the ranks. You may find our MR ranks below.
Staff Assistant | Supervise, Train, and Assist. (Moderator)
Supervisor | Supervise, Train, and Assist. (Moderator)
Advisory Team | Supervise, Train, Assist and perform Low Rank promotions. (Administrator)
Managing Coordinator | Supervise, Train, Assist and perform Low Rank promotions. (Administrator)
High Rank (HR)
Our HR team mainly focuses on assisting in work for their chosen department, but also should be active within supervising down at our main game. HR permissions vary a ton when progressing. You may find our HR ranks below.
Executive Assistant | Supervise, Train, Assist, perform Low Rank promotions, hire new Middle Ranks and work for department. (Administrator)
Chief Communications Officer | Perform certain department related tasks without permission from higher ranks. (Super Admin)

Super Rank (SR)
Our SR team focuses on hiring new HRs and works for leading the group in general. Presidential Assistants oversee chosen departments and may help the leads with certain things. You may find our SR ranks below.

🍍 Warning System
Koura has a one warning system for troublesome customers. Problematic customers only obtain one warning before a kick from the server is declared. Three kicks from the server will follow with a server ban, but there may be circumstances of an immediate ban. Please take this moment to read this.🍍 Alliance Requirements
- You must obtain 15 group members.
- You must have a stable and professional staff team.
- You must obtain 10 communications server members.
- You mustn’t have an Inactive Group.
🍍 In-game Rules
Whilst in our Main Game, Training Center, etc, there are certain rules you must follow to avoid actions taken against you.
1 | Disrespect
Any form of disrespect in any Koura game is not tolerated. Our community is a safe place for everyone, and this behavior will not be tolerable.
2 | Trolling
Trolling is a common thing in many Establishments, but, as many Establishments ban this behavior, so do we. Customers who are trolling are called “Disruptive Guests”. These guests will be punished by a kick, ban, or server ban depending on the actions’ severity.
3 | Spamming
As spamming is against Roblox ToS, this behavior is punishable by a ban or server ban. We do not allow anyone to spam as it makes chats difficult to read, causes problems, etc.
4 | Exploiting/Bypassing
Any form of bypass, breaking the game, flying without admin is considered Exploiting. We do not condone this type of behavior and you will be banned from Koura’s main game.
5 | Common Sense
As we cannot type every single rule, you must have common sense on what things you’re doing. You can always say “Oh it’s not in the rules!”, but it does not mean it is not something you should be doing. We hope you all understand this rule.
6 | Hinting/Asking For Roles
We do not allow any sort of Asking for roles, nor hinting. You have to earn your rank, not ask, or hint for it. You will automatically be punished depending on the severity of what rank you asked for/hinted for.
