Rank Guide

Customer: Able to get served but not able to work yet.

Alliance Representative: Representing one of our allies.

Trainee: Applied for a job at the application centre able to attend a training session.

Beginner Server - Experienced Server: Able to work and serve fellow customers and staff members.

Kitchen Leader: Eligible for MR+ still able to serve but also able to supervise trainings and get to feel what it’s like as an MR.

Kitchen Intern: Internship until SA.

Staff Assistant: First MR rank. Able to train and assist at training sessions. Have proven they are able to take on the position as an MR.

Supervisor: Supervisors are the second MR rank they have been promoted from the rank staff assistant and have proven they are able to take on more important tasks like the ability to Host shifts.

Assistant Manager: Assistant Managers have been promoted from the rank supervisor as they have shown they are able to take on more responsibilities such as Hosting training sessions.

Manager: Managers have been promoted from assistant manager. They have proven they are able to take on the responsibility’s of Completing their department tasks.

Executive Assistant: Shown hard working throughout their time at Kuiya and have been promoted to the rank EA.

Executive Officer: Executive Officers have shown great contribution to Kuiya and are able to take on much bigger responsibilities.

Chief Operating Officer: COOs have proven to our ownership team they are able to take on the responsibility of a leadership position.

Chief Administrative Officer: CAOs are also much trusted like COOs but are the last rank before they become ownership.

Presidential Assistant: Mainly operates the group when other ownership ranks cannot. They have many responsibilities and they are much trusted.

Vice President: The second highest group rank. Mainly operates and controls the group.

President: Highest group rank. Mainly operates and controls the group.

Training Sessions

After you become a trainee you are able to attend a training session and get a job.:pushpin:

Kitchen Leader Guide

Once you become a Kitchen Leader you are able to able to become apart of
our management team. :pushpin:

We have all of our recommendations and requirements below.
Please read carefully. :shinto_shrine:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be 13+ and have no safe-chat.
  • Must be a Kitchen Leader for at least 7 days.
  • Must show professionalism in the restaurant and our discord server.
  • Grammar is required to become an MR.
  • At least 30 minutes a day.

RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Don’t give up you got this!
  • Never overwork yourself this will burn you out.
  • Try not to get into drama.
