Hello everyone! I am NAME and I will be your trainer for today! Let’s get started with the information I have for you all. Please pay full attention to this information whilst staying quiet as it will benefit you during this training. At Lagoon Resorts, our staff must stay professional, use grammar and most importantly enjoy working amongst the community. When working at the hotel there is multiple stations you can work at such as; bar, housekeeping, outdoor bar and reception.
GREETINGS
We like to introduce ourselves by using an appropriate greeting. An example of this could be: “Salutations! I am Hannah and welcome to Lagoon Resorts. How may I help you today?”
RECEPTION
Lagoon Resorts’ reception can be found on the left when entering the hotel. There is II rooms we offer to our guests. Suite rooms which require a gamepass and normal rooms which are free. To check someone in you simply click the PC monitor found on the desk, click the room type, enter the username and put in a room number. To check out you simply do the same except put their room number not a random one.
HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping can be found attached to the reception. Your job here is to provide guests with information and also clean their rooms. To clean their room simply ask them for their room number, click the vaccum and head on up to their room.
BAR
The bar can be found behind the lobby when first entering the hotel. Your job at the bar is to provide everyone ( staff and guests ) with drinks and snacks. To give an item on PC / Laptop all you need to do is click the “H” on your keyboard and enter their username. On mobile it is very similar, click the GUI found at the top of your screen and enter their username.(edited)
TROLLERS
If a troller approaches you, you begin by giving 3 warnings. If they get to that you kick them. If they rejoin, another 3 warnings is given then another kick. Finally if they rejoin you give 3 more warnings and then server ban.
To give someone a warning, say
“Warning (number) - (reason).” Example: “Warning 1 - Rude to staff”.
After someone receives III warnings, cuff the troller and bring them to a MR+. If you do not have cuffs, simply go get a MR+ to kick them.
Senior receptionists+ get handcuffs. If any abuse of this is seen, it is an instant demotion with no warning. Handcuffs should only be used in serious situations such as trollers and exploiters. I will now demonstrate how to use these cuffs.
