I’m not sure how this works with AMD cards, but my laptop has an nVidia GT 640m, so for now I’ll just presume this problem is only on nVidia cards.
Whenever Roblox updates, the Roblox Player & Studio .exe files are moved to new folders, this means, that whenever Roblox updates, Roblox is running by default on my Intel HD Graphics card. In the nVidia control panel, you can select a folder for it to run all the programs on the nVidia graphics card, but it won’t go two folders deep for that rule.
If roblox only updated once or twice a month this would be fine, but sometimes there are 3-5 updates a week. I’m at the point right now of just running Roblox on medium settings because it’s not worth the effort of changing every time I open studio or player.
If anyone has an Intel CPU and an AMD Graphics Card, could you chime in on if this happens to you aswell?
