Here at Larusso we need our staff members to follow certain rules and policies while in game to ensure we are held to the best standards for our customers. WE also want to ensure all staff are held to the highest standard possible while in-game, and handling customers.

This post will cover the following: Chain of command, Commands each rank can use, and guidelines.

Chain Of Command

Here at Larusso, we have an chain of command for staff and customers to follow when filing an complaint or asking an question. We expect it to be follow if possible.

MR Guidelines

Basic Requirements For MR’s
No packages apart from Woman Package, Man Package or no package. R6 and R15 are allowed. Relatively formal or casual attire. Bright, obnoxious clothing is not allowed. ‘Trolling’ outfits are not allowed. Use grammar at all times. This includes basic punctuation and uppercase I’s. Shouting or abusing caps is not allowed. Exclamation marks are not allowed unless used appropriately. Maintain a mature attitude at all times. Do not argue with other staff or staff that are a higher rank than you. If you have an issue with a coworker, privately message one of the HR’s. Do not ask for promotions. They are earned by attending shifts, being a hard worker and staying active.
Guidelines: In Larusso, we expect all staff, not just our middle ranks, to follow the requirements above. Failing to do so will result in a strike. If you reach two strikes, you will be suspended from your position. You may work your way back up afterwards, but if you are suspended again you will not be allowed to rejoin the MR team. The same goes for if you resign twice. The main objective of being part of our MR team is that you are available and capable of dealing with disruptive users in the group and group facilities. This can include anything from a simple troller, to an exploiter ruining the whole game. As an MR, it is not part of your responsibility to take action against exploiters, although if you encounter one, you must immediately alert a HR or SHR with the username and proof of what they were doing. We also expect you to attend at least TWO sessions per week. Failing to do so will also result in a strike. It is important to show you care about Larusso and your position and want to do well in the group.
We do not tolerate any kind of drama in Larusso or back chatting about anyone, even people who aren’t in Larusso. Please refrain from doing either of these things. Arguments in the discord servers will not be tolerated, and any discussion amongst staff which is relating to the group must take place in our staff discord server. We want you to have an enjoyable time in Larusso most importantly, and we hope that you will have a good experience as part of the MR team. Larusso is a safe place to build friendships and great experiences, and have fun. All we ask is that you consider the above restrictions and take them into consideration, as we would like to be seen as a professional company.

HR/SHR Guidelines

Basic Requirements:

You must follow all the same requirements as MR’s have to, as well as the following:

Maintain a professional attitude towards your peers and lower ranks as they will see you as a role model, being a HR.

If you have an issue with something an MR is doing that they should not be doing, screenshot evidence, and take action as needed. Do not call them out in the game. You may privately message them using the :pm command and calmly explain what they did wrong and ask them to not do it again, and do not engage in any further discussion. IF they continue you may issue an strike, to log an strike until we have our trello released dm an vice chairpeople+. Make sure to include evidence!

You are not expected to be as active in the restaurant as Middle Ranks are, however, you must still attend regularly to shifts, and attend at least three training sessions per week.

Guidelines:
As a HR in Larusso, you are expected to be a role model to the ranks below you. You must show a mature and professional attitude, yet at the same time remain friendly and kind to your peers and do not use your position as a way to intimidate them.

Furthermore, as a HR you are eligible to be promoted to be an chief officer. This is not just handed out, you must be actives and dictated for months.
