Let Your Players Pay for Subscriptions within Experiences in Robux

I hope the option to have both is added, because I suppose that making 2 subscriptions makes both subscriptions for the same thing show up twice which is pretty confusing for users… (and users can get the same subscription twice)

Supporting both options is better for everyone: Those who prefer paying with their Robux balance pay with Robux, while those for who it might get annoying to have to buy Robux just to keep a subscription can pay directly with local currency instead.

No way, we can pay in Bobux now?
That’s at least one good change after many mediocre to terrible ones, this one shines some light.

It would be REALLY helpful if we can allow for other experiences owned by the same group to read and purchase subscriptions from another game owned by the same group - like how they can for developer products and gamepasses.

If you have two versions of a game, for example, a standard and an 18+ variant. They have to be separate experiences, but what if I wanted a subscription to work in both versions without needing to charge the player twice?

Gamepasses and dev products work in this context, it would be awesome if subscriptions could as well. They’re still limiting in that factor.

Great update. Please make an update where if we charge users real life money, we also get a cut of it in real life money instead of robux.

I believe they meant buying plugins with Robux, not subscribing to plugins

Editing subscriptions is literally impossible, errors when saving all the time

Any update on this? Also I have another bug where it’s impossible for me to lower the Price of my Subscription. This is for another game, and every time I try I get the error “Something went wrong. Please try again later.”

at least they removed that sentence from the terms of use..

Hi @Nogora22, we realize the error message is confusing and not very helpful. The team is working on clarifying that. However, this isn’t a bug. We only allow price adjustments every 60 days and that includes the initial price you set. If you need to change the price right away, our suggestion is that you delete this existing subscription with the higher price and create a new one with the new lower price (assuming you don’t already have too many subscribers to minimize the number of impacted players). Hope that helps.

I have 300+ Subscriptions so I’ll have to wait

Also if possible please look at the other bug, I have another game that had Subscription Data but was completely deleted and still waiting to get it reinstated :broken_heart:

I thought the same, since this same thing happened to me in the past a separate time and they fixed it and i assumed any future accidents would be fixed as well, guess not :man_shrugging:
