Hi Creators,
We’ve been heads-down shipping this summer and some updates are now live in Ads Manager: Generative AI Creatives, Asset Library, and Campaign-Level Plays Reporting. These updates give you faster ways to create ads, keep assets organized, and understand campaign performance over time.
Make New Ad Creatives Without Leaving Ads Manager
You can now generate ad creatives directly in Ads Manager using generative AI. Instead of uploading a finished asset, you can describe what you want and get a creative ready to run — no external tools required.
At launch, you get 100 prompts per day at no cost. You’ll find Gen AI Creatives when creating or editing an ad, and in Asset Library. Enter a text prompt and the system will generate up to three creative options per prompt.
In addition, we’ve built the ability to bring your own pre-moderated game assets or images into the prompt, so you can ground generations in your existing visual identity. This means you can anchor the AI’s output to specific reference points. Instead of creating an ad from a text prompt alone, the AI uses your uploaded assets as a visual anchor. This ensures that the generated images match your game’s established characters, colors, and overall visual style.
This is especially useful if you want to test multiple creative directions quickly without waiting on a full production cycle.
Asset Library: Reuse And Organize Creatives Across Campaigns
We’ve also rolled out the Asset Library, a central place to manage, reuse, and organize your ad creatives across campaigns. Previously, assets were tied to individual campaigns, which made it difficult to reuse a great creative or keep things organized at scale.
It’s available to all advertisers. If you’ve been in Ads Manager recently, you may have already seen it. Look for it in the left-hand navigation inside Ads Manager.
Track Campaign Plays Day By Day
When you click into a specific campaign, you can now see Plays broken out day-by-day. You’ll see this as a full time-series view rather than just a summary metric for the selected timeframe.
This makes it easier to understand how your campaigns are driving engagement over time and spot trends across your campaign flight.
What’s Next
We’re continuing to improve Ads Manager, so keep the feedback coming. If you run into anything unexpected with these features, drop a reply here or make a bug report.
Thank you.
