GUIDELINES & REGULATIONS

Liberty hotels is a hotel organization by Skyranis and founded originally by Skyranis, derek8599, and abygail8599, (might as well put applepuggamer). We have many rules and guidelines that staff should follow when they are working at the hotel. We will have command guidelines, roles, and more.

These Guidelines are updated to fit in Liberty World.

Post-Closure

As of May 5th of 2024, Liberty Hotels has stopped receiving updates or any coordination from operating executives. We will be providing everyone with access to staff zones in all hotel experiences.

Community Guidelines shall still apply to all users.

Staff Rules

Speech 🖇️

  1. Grammar and Punctuation aren’t required, we will not be punishing users or giving promotions based on this. Grammar / Punctuation isn’t required

  2. Greetings with less common emojis or symbols are not recommended, as there can be present confusion or the roblox client won’t allow it. Try not to use rarer emojis / symbols.

  3. Exposing or Leaking a Version, Update, and/or project is prohibited, unless that material was made available originally by Liberty Head Developers. Don’t expose our work.

  4. Moderators, Admins, Directorates, and Developers have the right to refuse a user’s request. We aren’t giving people a discount on coffee, we don’t have to.

  5. Offensive Language is prohibited in warnings, bans, and kick reasons. Don’t warn someone for being here.

  6. Voice Chat is allowed to be used, it may also be used in Guest Interaction (if that guest has voice chat). Feel free to use voice chat

Promotions & Payment 🖇️

  1. Excessively asking for a Promotion, Demotion, Termination, etc. Don’t ask for rank changes

  2. Promotions can’t be received if the user was ranked in the last 20 days. No Promotion for you Trainee.

  3. Managers that are to receive a promotion to Executive Assistant must pass a skill test. Skill Tests for Managers to get Promoted.

  4. Staff Members must be a minimum of 20 days of account age to be hired as a Staff Member or Directorate. I know, you’re old, but it has to be that way

  5. Promotions can’t be handed out if the user has recently been hired in the last 25 days. Sorry, you joined our team a week ago, we can’t promote you.

  6. Employee Payment can be revoked for any reason by Upper Directorates. Be on our good side to keep your pay

  7. There is no employee payment for demotion, terminations, or bans. You got fired? Stop asking us for your paycheck

Work 🖇️

  1. Every Action shall be completed to the best of their ability. Be Professional

  2. If a user requires to go AFK or BRB, that user is allowed as long as they’re not performing any actions with guests. Tend to your pet Banana Man, just don’t do it while you’re making milkshakes.

  3. Admin Abuse, Rank Abuse, Development Abuse, etc. is prohibited. Don’t abuse your powers.

  4. Cheating to gain an advantage in points is prohibited. Don’t cheat the system

  5. Activity is mandatory, a user will need to work at least once within 2-month intervals. Join every two months

  6. A user may switch to another task if no guests are currently being assisted by that user. Switch tasks whenever, just not when a guest is there.

  7. Staff may serve themselves and / or go on break, only when their area is unoccupied by guests. Nobody’s here? I’ll make a milkshake.

  8. All Rank Requests we receive from the Auto Train Center must be acted on in the group. An Admin can flag a training, but can NOT alter the results.

Dress Code 🖇️

  1. Staff may wear whatever. As long as that uniform is in compliance with Roblox Terms of Service.Wear the Banana Costume, we won’t do anything.

  2. Staff Members and Directorates are not allowed to wear Oversized avatars (avatars that clip through the ceiling, floors, or walls). Don’t wear the squirrel costume that is comically big.

Modifications 🖇️

  1. Rules on these guidelines cannot be modified or removed if the rule has an modifying factor in order to alter the purpose and functions of a staff or directorate role. These rules must be modified by request to the Chair Director and Chairpeople, the rules with Paperclips are not-modifiable unless made by the Chair. This rule cannot be modified at all. Only Head Board+ can modify guidelines. Community Rules are locked from modification. Rules can’t be changed in favor of your job by an elected Head Board.

Directorates 🖇️

  1. People can only join the directorates group if approved by the Upper Directorates (Head Board+), and must pass the application given by one of them. Be capable to be a Directorate

  2. Directorates shall complete a expansion to the training seen in the Auto Train Center, and be tested on the leadership, compassion, and efficiency. Directorates are highly trained

  3. Directorate Applications can be sent to you by requesting from another directorate. Head Staff+ Directorates must be Head Staff in the group. Moderators and Trainers can be any rank. You’re a Manager? We have a role for you in our Directorates team.

  4. Chair Director and Head Board are to be always occupied. The person can either be Acting on that position. If the person in that position is to resign, retire, get promoted, or get demoted, or get suspended, that person will continue serving at that position until a new user is appointed. If the position becomes unoccupied immediately, the Directorates will first appoint one of their own to the position temporarily, until a public vote is made, which anyone at least Head of Services can run for that position. There is no time for when the offices of Chair Director or Head Board are empty

Legal Action

  1. Impersonation of Liberty Upper Directorates (Sky, Derek, Apple, Poopkizi8) and / or developers (Phoenix, Captain Pancake) is prohibited. If caught impersonating these people, the account will be subject for Production - Exclusive Ban, and Moderation of that site will be informed. This rule applies everywhere, not just Roblox. (unless allowed by the impersonated person)
  1. Impersonating Skyranis through his real-life identity is punishable by permanent production-wide ban. The user of which will be reported to site moderation, and will be blocked from joining all of Skyranis’ experiences. This could involve law enforcement or legal action if present. IF I CATCH YOU WITH MY REAL LIFE PROFILE PICTURE, I WILL BE SEEING YOU IN COURT.

Disclaimer

  1. All Roblox ToS applies to this group, we don’t accept any excuses in rule breakers.

Speech

  1. Harassment, Cyber-Bullying, and Bullying are PROHIBITED at Liberty Hotel! We won’t tolerate any of this, and will take action on your account.

  2. Every guest, customer, staff member, etc. should be treated with 100% respect. There are NO excuses for disrespect to others.

  3. Swearing, Profanity, Hate-Speech is prohibited, any uncensored speech that is noticed will be immediately reported to ROBLOX administration, and/or reported to our development team to permanently ban your account, and any other account with similar phrases.

  4. Advertising of external groups (groups not owned by Skyranis) are prohibited, we will not tolerate any advertisement in our game, unless Skyranis permits it.

  5. Threatening users are prohibited. We will be informing moderation if we receive word on it.

  6. The discrimination of race, gender, love-preference, etc. are prohibited, we do permanent bans and terminations of ranks for this.

  7. Caps abuse is not warn able, any warnings for caps abuse will be falsified.

  8. Requesting to reopen a past version is not allowed. There are already Memory Events once a year, starting around and ending at some point from March to May.

  9. Spreading False Information (Rumors) about someone is not allowed.

Actions

  1. Scams are prohibited. We will be informing roblox moderation if these are present.

  2. The use of hacks, exploits, glitches, or cheats will be reported to ROBLOX moderation (excluding. glitches), this will be combined with a permanent game ban (unless the glitch is minor).

  3. Online Dating is not allowed on our game, even though roleplay is allowed. We don’t tolerate any online dating, we don’t want our games to be the spotlight for drama.

  4. Roleplaying is allowed, although anything that is too inappropriate (to say on this guideline) will be dealt with moderation of the platform and the experience.

  5. Harassment of Liberty in other forms such as on social media, conversations, screenshots, videos, etc. will be investigated for further evaluation, although in the meantime, there will be a temporary ban, unless the harassment is minor.

  6. Oversized avatars (avatars that are able to clip through the ceiling, floor, or walls) are not allowed if the user experience of others is negatively affected.

Moderation

  1. The failure to cooperate with our moderation team will result in severe consequences. We won’t tolerate any disrespect.

  2. Users are prohibited to assist our Moderators, unless they state that they don’t require assistance, on occasion, there can be Moderation Assisting Directorates.

  3. Excessive messaging of a Developer or Directorate while that user is busy (example: developing, or performing skill tests) are prohibited.

  4. Bypassing the punishment given by moderation will result in Roblox Moderation being informed, and the punishment being upgraded to a Permanent Production Exclusive Ban

Trainings

  1. Trainings can be restarted every 24 hours following a failing result. We won’t be removing this restriction for anyone.

Gamepasses

  1. Refunds are allowed in certain conditions, as long as the targeted purchase is NOT:

  • Merch

  • Developer Products (unless it doesn’t grant specific benefits)

  • Rank Purchases

  • The Unique Gamepass (this offers a badge, we will not offer refunds to this)

Punishment and Moderation Protocol

There are consequences / punishments for breaking certain rules on Liberty Experiences and Events.

3 Warnings = 1 Kick

  • Trolling, Spamming, Advertising, Online-Dating, and Bullying:
    - (All Offenses): Warning

  • Scamming:
    - (1st Offense): Kick
    - (Other Offenses): Temporary Experience Ban (we also add Temporary Employment Ban)

  • Advertising:
    - (1st Offense): Kick
    - (Other Offenses): Temporary Experience Ban (we also add Temporary Employment Ban)

  • Exploiting (Hacking), Leaking, and Inappropriate Content:
    - (Only Offense): Permanent Experience Ban (we also add Permanent Employment Ban)

  • Threatening Others, Ranking Abuse, and Admin Abuse:
    - (1st Offense): Temporary Experience Ban (Suspension for Abuse)

  • Disturbing Developers, Disturbing Executives (Directorates), and Excessive Messaging (Discord):
    - (1st - 5th Offense): Verbal Warning
    - (5th Offense): Unable to contact that person (either their DM is closed for you)

Receivable Punishments

  • Verbal Warning (a “dummy warning”)

  • Warning (max 3)

  • Kicked from Experience

  • Server - Exclusive Ban (highest punishment a VIP Server admin can give)

  • Experience - Exclusive Ban (Temporary and Permanent) - Temporary lasts from 3 days to 2 weeks.

  • Rarely Used Permanent Username Phrase Ban - These carry onto future and current experiences. This prevents access to the game based on the phrase we banned.

  • New! Studio - Exclusive Ban (Permanent Only) - Prevents access to Liberty Studio Projects.

  • New! Production - Exclusive Ban (Permanent Only) - Prevents access to Skyranis’ Projects.

  • Rarely Used Group - Wide Employment Ban (both Temporary and Permanent) - Temporary lasts from 1 week to 3 months.

Roles

Group Roles

Guest Ranks

  • Hotel Guests

    Hotel Guests are the first role in the group that players will receive when they join the group. Players who break the rules that have more serious conditions than staff can end up being a termination (or exile) from the group.

  • Honored Guests

    High Ranks of alliance groups, former high ranks, moderators, or friends are here. Normally having access to the Version 4 test place. Having their own chat tag, and custom overhead tag some of the time.

  • (Allied Representatives ,Former High Ranks, Skyranis’ Friends)

Low Ranks

  • Bar Service

    Staff members that will serve beverages and food to the guests, been trained to know how to make milkshakes.

  • Security

    Staff members that will protect the hotel from rule breakers, trollers, bypassers, etc.

  • Receptionist

    Staff members that will give rooms to guests and take rooms from guests, guests can also book in themselves for free, which the self-check in is in the Lobby.

  • New! Experienced Staff

    Staff members that obtained the minimum requirements and are ready to accept a challenge of performing all jobs.

  • New! Senior Staff

    A staff member that have proven themself to working on the hotel, by knowing most of the guidelines that low ranks have, as well as being active, hard working, etc.

  • New! Shift Leader

    A member of staff who is responsible for leading the shift, or managing the shift. They are responsible in the operation of all jobs.

Middle Ranks: These positions are earned not asked for

  • Management Intern

    Shift Leaders who proven that they can take on a challenge, but still require some experience in order to co-host management sessions. These people can assist in Management sessions.

  • Supervisor

    An Intern player that proven that they can take on a challenge and help out by co-hosting management sessions. Supervisors are normally the first person to notify in a rank error or bugs.

  • New! Assistant Manager

    Supervisors that proven that they can start hosting sessions by themselves. Helping out General Managers by hosting sessions by their own on the servers other than the main session.

  • New! General Manager

    Assistant Managers who proved they can become a key part in operating the hotel. They tend to help out the executives, and will assist in appointing new MRs.

High Ranks: These positions are earned not asked for

  • New! Executive Intern

    Management that has proven themself to become an executive, however still learning and dealing with the duties and abilities of an executive. They are responsible for their actions, and responsible for assisting with executives.

  • New! Executive Officer

    Executive assistants who shown themselves that they are ready for the position of a full-time executive.

  • Board of Directors

    A person who hosts meetings and manages all the high ranks except for themselves, fixes problems, gives directions, and knows some (or all) of the Guidelines.

  • Executive President

    A person who manages the Board Of Directors, they will be responsible for managing all departments of the hotel, including high ranks, they will also be responsible for hosting events, as well as some other activities.

  • Contributor

    A person who helps contributes development to the hotel, the official centers, or other games. Normally paid and trusted.

  • Developer

    A person who helps develop the hotel, the official centers, or other games. Normally paid and trusted.

  • Chair Director

    A person who can develop the hotels, and is in charge of the entire staff team at Liberty. Responsible for the coordination between executives, directorates, staff, and guests.

  • Vice Chairman

    A person who co-founded the hotel, or someone that is trusted by Activator.

  • Chairman

    A person who founded the hotel, owns the hotel group, and manages development.

Executive Intern Appointment

There are many requirements that an executive (aka. High Rank) have to meet in order for them to be apart of the Executive Team:

These requirements apply to ALL upcoming executives in order to become a Executive Assistant.

  • Skill Test Passing Score (70% or higher; from 2 or more people)

  • Good Skill Test Participation (we’ll probably score this, requires 50% or higher; if present)

  • A valid active discord account, and activity in our server.

  • 1 month of experience in the General Manager role.

Beginning March 18th 2024, we will be conducting most of our skill tests through our Automatic Job Center, we will receive the results.
