Here at Lidl UK, we’re dedicated to our and your own safety while in store and enjoying our experience. This is why we have implemented a system to deter and take action upon those who break our rules because we want you to be able to shop peacefully.
Failure to abide by these rules will be dealt with per-case, meaning that depending on the severity of your actions, you may receive varying punishments.

| 1 | Please be respectful to all staff and shoppers while on the premises | We try to be mindful of all customers satisfaction while in game. Those who intend to disrupt others are not welcome in the Lidl experience. |
| 2 | Exploiting is not tolerated under any circumstances. | Exploiting under any circumstances disrupts other customers and the game systems. If caught by a member of staff or our anti-exploit, you will face a permanent ban. |
| 3 | Intentional disruption or obstruction of services, staff, customers and systems. | Everyone deserves a safe and welcoming experience. We kindly ask you do not disturb the flow of the store, customers or services available in game. |
| 4 | Racism, Discrimination, Ableism or intentional harassment. | Making comments about or because of users due to their race, sexual orientation or other differences will not be accepted and will be met with a permanent ban. |
| 5 | Advertising services or organisations that are not associated with Lidl UK. | This rule is self explanatory. If you wish to advertise, go to the Group Recruiting Plaza. |
Please note that all cases cannot be listed here, hence why moderators can take any actions at their discretion.
