Don’t quote me on this, but someone stated half a year ago this will never be fixed. I think it was zeuxcg. It’s a shame really because it ruins the atmosphere a lot.
Yeah, it’s because lighting works on a voxel based system (probably was zeuxcg because he works on lighting @Whimzee), and since the areas where the walls connect are so thin, the voxel system considers them empty and lets some light through. You can quick fix this by increasing the size of the walls. Instead of them being one stud thick, I believe 4 studs will get the job done. I vaguely remember one of the admins saying that they were looking into making the voxel size lower so the walls wouldn’t need to be as thick, but they’d have to figure out how to make lighting faster first.
Well, it’s kinda hard when you are using both interior and exterior. I heard about this not going to be fixed but wanted to make sure there weren’t any updates on the subject.
