There are these really annoying spots of lighting on the ground and nothing I’ve tried has fixed it yet.
You could search for Lights instances in the workspace, type Light in the search bar and that should fix it, if not, maybe I’ll find another fix.

Your problem!
You’re in future and you’re using too many individual part lights. You’re seeing the spots because the specular strength is focused on that spot.
Solution!
Use less pointlights or less light instances, give them more range and tweak the brightness is needed, that should alleviate the problem. If the problem persists update your post.
