Just made this quickly over the past 3 days testing out the future lighting system etc, I would appreciate any feedback or advice or you taking the time to have a quick look.
Also:
I noticed models such as the car don’t have a shadow when using non natural light, is there a way to fix that?

Looks good!
If the car and other models have a shadow when using sunlight, but not a pointlight, it’s possible your game is actually using ShadowMap instead of Future.
Double check the properties in Lighting!

Yeah I am using future lighting however I am using surface lights not point lights, does that make a difference?

So, I played your game and it appears to be a project which is meant to show off realism, a suggestion I would give, there should be more Furnitures and the area should be decorated more but Overall based on my experience, this seems like a good showcase, If my suggestion were to be implemented, I would have more good things to say about the game.

SurfaceLights are one of the worst lighting sources to use with future lighting.
The shadow maps they cast are extremely inconsistent. I would recommend using Spotlights with a larger Angle instead.
Alright thanks for your advice, I used the surface lights mainly because you can customise the shape of them etc, but if they are the problem I’ll try working with spotlights.
