Loading all Avatar items into game

I want to load long lists of random avatar items into my game and i was wondering if there was an efficient way to doing so?

All is never possible unless you want amouts of lag, infinite exploiting or server crash

To get Catalog data you can use this api.

yes but all avatar items? i dont think the api can handle that
