It looks good for a first timer! But I feel ending it you kind of rushed it! Maybe animate it to the very same start position!
Animation you can also do - him throwing the knife up and catching it

The soldier in the background looks really good but the animation looks kind of rocky. It’s really not smooth at all. Maybe experiment with a few different interpolation styles.
