Localization API returning 500 error

I have a script that uploads translations to the Localization table and it’s been working absolutely fine until this morning.

First I found that the translations where not “sticking”. No error, all seemed good but - tada - no translations were stored.

So… I thought I’d delete the database and start again (upload all the strings). BOOM!

As soon as I did that I was confronted with a ton of 500 errors. Prevously I was uploading 50 entries in one PATCH request but have updated the code to fall back to smaller payloads until they succeed. This seems to have some success (some requests are happy with 50 entries whereas, with others, it has to fall down to a handful of strings to prevent the 500 error.

Not only that but… while the strings now appear in the Localization table in Creator Hub very few of them have any translations (and certainly cannot be found within the game itself - even English)

I’m guessing a backend problem but not sure how I can get that confirmed…

I’m assuming nobody else is having this problem so - I’m guessing - it’s an Experience specific issue (possibly corrupt backend data?)

Is there a way to reach out to Roblox to look into this matter? Checking Customer Support, it seems to be more tailored to game-facing issues…

Ok, this appears to have fixed itself (clearly backend related). I’m still unable to upload strings in batches of 50 (getting a 500 error still) but if I send a smaller packet - jsut tried one - it works…
