I want to translate my tutorial explanation into various languages.

But can’t use the Roblox API because it’s wrong.

I found a great example yesterday, but I forgot to bookmark and can’t find it today.

1. I don’t know how to solve that?.

2.Is there any other good way to translate?

You can use the web tool. It’s found under the Configure Localization button on the Create page.
