Locked out from Tipalti Account and can't contact support!

I experienced a major issues with Roblox Support!

First of all when I tried to login to my Tipalti Account, they said they sent a verification code to my phone number but I didn’t receive any, so I click the “Resend Code” button and I still didn’t receive any I keep pressing that “Resend Code” button until I got locked out from my account with the message “You’ve reached the maximum attempt for resend code please contact support”.

I’ve tried contacting Tipalti Support but they told me to contact roblox team, and then I go to roblox support form. I picked the Developer Exchange Categories and here comes the problem, for the sub category I only got “How to Submit a DevEx Request” category. At first, I tried to submit with this category. But after 1 day roblox responded with “We noticed that your issue is easily fixable using our FaQ” but I can’t resolve this problem by myself even tipalti support told me to contact roblox support. I contacted roblox again with the same category and received the same respond over and over.

I still can’t fix this problem and I can’t DevEx :pensive:!

Any updates now? I also cannot seem to DevEx either.

Reach back out to Tipalti and say Roblox Support failed to assist you, also can you show me what the FAQ tells you to do?

Thank you for yall responses, but it seems my issues have been resolved.
All I did was just wait a few days before roblox contact me back regarding those tipalti portal and reset the 2FA.
