So recently I was locked out of tipalti / Roblox Devex, and it would not let me send another SMS code back.
I contacted support and they cleared this,
but now another issue, for the past 3 days I have been trying to get my 2FA code through SMS it just won’t send, maybe it’s my carrier maybe it’s tipalti maybe it’s Roblox, I don’t really get it, but i’m locked out of the DevEX portal still.
I spaced out my attempts, it did not help with around 10 ish attempts not sendng my my 2FA.
Other than that, I asked support why they stopped sending 2FA through whatsapp, to which they said they never did that
(I have recieved 2FA through whatsapp before, maybe it’s a secondary service provider I don’t know but those codes always arrived instantly and without issue)
If anyone has similar experiences or advice share up I’ll try it while support gets back to me.
