Longer descriptions of communities / groups from the search page can extend outside of their regular spacing

From the community / group search page, results with descriptions containing a long enough string of text that has no spacing, such as those with lots of dashes or hashtags in a row, can extend towards the right and go outside of their normal spacing. In some cases, they can even cause the page to be stretched out far enough so that users are able to scroll horizontally.

This appears to occur on PC and on mobile only when viewing the search page through landscape mode (mobile/desktop view), and not for if the page is zoomed in a lot (on PC) or while viewing the page on mobile in portrait mode (through mobile view).

Expected behavior

From the search page for communities / groups on PC and landscape mode/desktop mode on mobile, descriptions should be contained within their normal spacing (the first three lines).
