Looking for a 3D modeler R$/GBP

Greetings,
This thread is about an RPG Capture, battle game.

The job
I require a 3D designer to assist in my game making. The designer must be able to create 30-80 assets of creatutes, seperate limbs so they can be modified and animated.

You will be required to design one before employment.

Payment
Payment will be 2500R$ per asset. Though if required a USD/GBP payment can be agreed upon.
More agreements can be met.

Examples

Applicants must be 13 or older.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.

I look forward to working with some of you!

I’m confused as to what you classify as an entire asset.
Would it be $R250 for just one arm…
Or $R250 for the entire model with every limb and essentially the while body?

I’m not sure the price would be right for any modeler to dedicate so much time into this.
$R250 = .875 USD
And to create models such as the ones you have concept images for would not be right.

Is the price negotiable?
If I asked for a USD payment how would you do that, $1?
There are a lot of questions I have, do you have discord as another means of communication ?

250R$ is incredibly low for making a complex creature.

I see you changed the price to $R2,500.
Still I don’t see this as an attractable price for well made models.

Anyways would that price cover all the custom texturing you need done for each model?

Sorry, that was a typo on my end.

It’s $R2,500 per entire model - $8.75.

I can do the rigging myself, so long as the parts are seperated as opposed to grouped together.
I’m willing to pay additional fees for texturing.

Price Summary

8.75 * MinAssets (30) = $262.50
8.75 * MaxAssests (80) = $700

But as said, the payment is negotiable.
This is the first time I’ve done something like this so bare with.

This is very true The pay should be higher these things take time to do

This pay is reaally low it should be 20k per asset, these models aren’t easy to do or maybe they are but they need a lot of time.

2.5K Is still really low for these. You would need to be paying out at least 20k. As said by @FaVmIkE. Or paying even more then 20k.
