About The Job
We are looking for a professional Graphics Designer who is willing to design us 1 group logo, 2 game icons, and 2 thumbnails.
Please send your portfolio ASAP. It MUST be smooth, and similar to those designs.
THE STYLE
Our game needs the GFXs ASAP.
Payment
We are paying 200-400 per GFX and maybe higher depending on quality.

100-200 per GFX? I’m not sure if I read that correctly.
For the quality of the work you put in as expectations, that is an outrageous price. Work like that goes for much, much, more than that, and even if you paid 200 (your maximum) for all products created, the artist would only receive 1K in total for work that should be worth at least 1K-2K per GFX.
Anyways, I recommend you make your payment higher so you can attract better developers who will work for a better price. Everything is your choice (of course ) but please keep this in mind when hiring other artists in the future.
