I am looking for an experienced game designer for my upcoming project: The Ultimate Tycoon

Things you must have:
The ability to say no
Be able to motivate developers
Be able to come up with great ideas
Be patient, but know when to not be patient
Be able to go into games and try to find ideas that players would like
Good Communication skills
Great activity

Our game is similar to Deep Space tycoon. Our game will be the biggest tycoon on roblox, having over 5000 buttons and a dozen worlds.

Payment: we are paying 10% group profit with 15k backup payment if the game doesn’t make profit.

Game designers have duties like designing characters, levels, puzzles, art and animation. They may also write code, using various computer programming languages.
