My friend just released his first ever Roblox game – a horror survival called The Hunted .

The game name is showing up in Russian. It seems like the uploader’s language settings may have affected it (I’ve had a similar experience myself). I recommend that the uploader set their account language to English in their account settings.
It might be related to the account, but I can’t really say anything about that. I’ll let them know that they should change the game’s title so the language switches back to normal
