I think it looks ok but I don’t think the black background suites what you are offering. Also there is nothing in the shop that makes it seems like you don’t want people.

it looks great, I like the use of watermarks just in case of stolen work.
try having an [OPEN] or [CLOSED] somewhere visible, preferably on your page to let people know if commissions are open.
Its not really against the rules
I was mainly talking about my recent work. Stuff at the bottom of my deviantart is topping 3-4 years old.
