Looking for tutorials on creating stylized character models

I’ve been looking at models for some different Roblox games and I want to learn how to make models like these:

I have blender and armor paint at my disposal and I tried making a basic shirt which ended up in a disaster because I didn’t really know what I was doing.
Does anyone have any resources/tutorials I can use to make stuff like this?

I’m more trying to learn about the modeling and texturing part not the implementation
