I have had Roblox Plus on this account and another account of mine for a few months now. Frequently, I attempt to transfer Robux to my friends or developers through the Roblox Plus transfer feature, but it’s come to my attention that both of my accounts are capped at 500 per day/1000 per month. Naturally, I looked around the website to find wording that clarifies the requirements and discovered this.
The requirements noted would be understandable if my account was new and didn’t have an “established” Robux purchase history yet, but I believe my first account (and possibly the second) would fit these requirements already. The account I’m writing this post from was created on 12/18/2016 and I’ve spent 44,716 Robux over the last 30 days as seen in the first screenshot below. Then, my second account was created on 1/1/2025 and I’ve spent 25,750 Robux in the past 30 days as seen in the second screenshot below.
On the other hand, I have friends who have the upgraded limits (5k daily/10k monthly) with a tenth to a quarter of my spending with accounts much newer than mine.
This leads me to believe that the listed requirements don’t align with the internal conditions. This is especially odd because most rational people would assume these requirements to be met with at least the first account and possibly even the second.
It would be fantastic if this issue is addressed because it makes it more difficult for me to pay out friends and developers, instead having to buy a gamepass from them, resulting in a 30% tax.
