I’m planning on adding a system where players can spin a wheel for free and only free, without the option for them to pay for a spin. However, if they have Roblox Premium, their odds of getting a better item are increased.
Would this make it count somehow as a “paid random item” (by the ArePaidRandomItemsRestricted policy) or not?
I would argue that since the player is not required to explicitly purchase something with a currency to spin the wheel, even with premium, it would not be against the policy. The premium only improves their chances, it doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll get something good, then again, the spin itself is free.
The policy only applies to using Robux directly or indirectly to be able to interact with your random item generator. Premium does not fall under that as it isn’t a requirement to use your spinner.
