Hi there, I’m Gogithy. I’m one of the top UGC creators on the platform and own a UGC group where I distribute millions of accessories to many.
Previously, around 8 months ago I had 3 day payouts for a few months then around 4-5 months ago I lost the ability and my group defaulted back to 2 week payouts.
I talked to staff about this at RDC and got bounced around several booths with a confusion as to why this could’ve happened and an unsureness on which team would be appropriate to contact in regards of this.
My group did not face any moderation nor did my account at the time making the loss of 3 day payouts even odder. I was told I could’ve possibly flagged something in an automatic system although I’m not sure what.
My account and group both remain verified and have never been unverified.

Expected behavior
I hope to receive my 3 day payouts again!
