My Roblox account was terminated for uploading one of the following thumbnails for game.
Roblox’s moderation flagged one of my thumbnail images as “Child Exploitation.”

This is from the game “Bathe Da Baby” with 1k CCU and 236M visits.
Strange! So did you make it or not? Why is it included in the screenshot above?
Also have you received moderation action before? If not, this would be very strange.

No, you cant handle appeals on the forum. Only through official means.

I am even with the new evidence I gave to roblox they are holding me to blame since I’m the account holder but they are acknowledging unauthorized account access

Seems like a reasonable ban to me, maybe a little excessive but still shouldnt be shown on the platform in my opinion, weird how they (to my knowledge) haven’t moderated the one shown on “Bathe Da Baby”, pretty unfair.
If he did not make it, that should be a temp ban or warning for copyright and not termination.
Honestly, if the reason above is for that picture, the termination is inconsistent to a game that literally has the same picture and is allowed to have it for so long.
As for the actions… I feel like the game should have the asset removed and both the developer above and the game developers get a 3 day ban, with escalation if it continues.
One of your biggest mistakes is trusting roblox as your main income. ROBLOX is known for its false/risky random account bans. Once an account is terminated there is no way to get your account back, the only way you can do get your money is by filing a lawsuit. Also i would suggest you use other game engines for games since they are more professional and you wont get banned that easily or for false reason.
Developers dont do this mistake!
