I need advice regarding a Roblox account recovery case involving a permanently deleted email and lost 2-step verification.
About 2 years ago, my old Google email address was permanently deleted. That email was verified on two Roblox accounts:
- My main account (created in 2019)
- My alt account (created in 2018)
Roblox Support successfully recovered my main account after long communication. However, they refuse to recover my alt account, stating that they “do not have enough evidence”, even though the situation is identical.
Important details:
- The deleted email was the original and only verified email on the alt account
- The same deleted email was also verified on my main account (which is now recovered), proving the email belonged to me
- The alt account has never been accessed since losing 2-step verification
- I still remember the original password
- No billing email, phone number, or receipts exist for the alt
- The email cannot be restored because Google permanently deleted it
I have already provided Roblox Support with:
- Country and city of account creation
- Devices used
- Games played
- Internet provider
Despite this, my requests are denied automatically.
So my question is:
Has anyone dealt with a similar case where the original verified email was permanently deleted and 2-step verification was lost?
Is there any additional type of evidence Roblox Support may accept in such situation?
